While screenwriting books and other inexpensive educational tools are extremely helpful in teaching the basics of screenwriting, they are rarely enough. No one is born knowing how to write, just as no one is born being a professional athlete. Both take training and practice.

What does help a writer improve is advice from trained professionals who understand what the industry is looking for and how to achieve a higher level of writing. If a writer can afford to hire a qualified script consultant, it can be highly beneficial in getting their script ready for market.

Sometimes you need an opinion from someone who has experience developing screenplays and/or a fresh set of eyes, especially when you have hit a block or exhausted your personal network of readers. Writing Partner
Facing “The blank page” of a new script is the most daunting aspect of the screenwriting process. Starting off on the right foot is often the difference between finishing your script or having it become that thing that lives on you hard drive in eternal purgatory.
That’s why I’ve developed an intense two day writing program where we meet face to face, and begin the process together. Over the course of two, eight hours days, we will beat out your entire script in outline form as well as on note cards. I’ll make sure you get your log-line just right, and ensure you create memorable characters.
Finally, I will oversee and make sure you actually write the FIRST 10 pages - the most important part of your script when it comes to scoring a sale.

Coverage Plus
There are many readers that offer competent coverage of your screenplay or television pilot. I’m offering more by guaranteeing that the coverage will come from a professional reader with a top shelf Hollywood agency or management company, which will not only give you an excellent assessment of your script, but also exposure in the film and television industry. If they love your script, they are the resource that can pass it on to the right agent or manager.
